I am currently looking for a Care Co-ordinator for one of my clients. My client is a stable and expanding care company that has been in operation since the 1990s. My client provides support to people living in their own homes. Service users include and are not limited to the elderly, learning disabilities and mental health.

To be considered for this position you must be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or 4. You will have experience of managing your own case loads, also experience of carrying out supervisions, personal development reviews, recruitment and selection, as you will be responsible for the support workers/care assistants who are carrying out the care/support in the community. You will also be required to present a good image of the Company as well as maintaining constructive relationships, internally, externally and with other independent sector providers.
