We are looking for 2 highly motivated people with sound leadership and excellent organisational skills together with an ability to implement positive change. Ideal candidates will offer demonstrable care management experience, excellent communication skills and hold a relevant professional qualification. We are also seeking an understanding of budget management and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with purchasers and regulators.

To be considered for this role you must hold an RMA or NVQ Level 4 and also have demonstrated experience in a similar role. You must be someone who can work to strict deadlines, so time management skills are a must. You must also be someone who can communicate effectively and take a Person Centred Approach to service delivery. You should be able to demonstrate compassion and be able to think quickly and on your feet when the need arises.
